Wherever you work, you always need to communicate with others. There is no job in this world in which you don't need to communicate with other people. To be a part of this society, communicate is the only way to connect yourself with others, with our society.
Communication is to understand and be understood. It is not as simple as it sounds. There are many occasions in which people fail to understand each other even if they come from similar background. Different points of view and opinion, and personalities can cause them to see things differently. That is how misunderstand occurs between each other. The only way to dissolve the misunderstanding is to communicate, you need to cancel prejudge and misunderstanding. You have to talk to your partners, and understand each other.
Communication skills are also a way of making friends and show out you in front of others. In this competitive century, you need to standout or let people remember you. Even if you have great value, people would not notice if you can't market yourself. You need to communicate your values and capability to other people. When you have an idea, you need to convince others about the value of your opinion. The only way you can convince your argument with others is to communicate. Communication skills play an important role here.
For the reasons above, communicate is not only a skill to states out your opinion, but also helped you make friends and Learn to express your thoughts in different forms. Learn to understand what other people are saying and learn to understand and be understood.

literacy--make plans
To make plans before anything shows a person's capacity of management. It is an important ability people should adapt. In 21st century, it is a fast speed society. People who know how to management and how to make plans lead them know better about their target and lead them catch this world better.
A well developed plan can save time and improve the efficiency. Time is limited for everyone, if a person can do more work in a certain time. Only hard work and fast speed movement is not enough. A better plan includes reasonable time use; break a huge amount work into small part; specific work in each stage, and an enough time for break. If make plans before doing anything, the plan you made is like a map to give you directions and always knowing about what is your goal and purpose, and also made you keep a clear head of wheatear you are in the right track or not. Plans can let you know the things you doing right now and also gives you a brief outline about your future. For example, when I took the trip to Florida, I made plans about where to go, which hotel to stay and how long we should stay in one place before we went there. If we do not have plan before we went there, after we arrive there we could feel confuse and lost.

literacy--math
To have the math as your literacy is one the basic ability people should have. We learned math since the first day we attended school. We start from the basic algebra problem to calculus. Math grows up with every single person. It is amazing that math have made a great deal of contribution to human beings. Imagine if there is no math in the world, what the world would be like?
Firstly, we learned adding and minus numbers which is important in our daily measurement. We use the measurement skill to calculate the money we make and cost and the schedule we made. Math plays an important part in my life, not only in my study, but also in my daily life. For example, when we have dinner in the restaurant, we are supposed to calculate out the tips, and we buy something, we should figure out how much money we should give and receive. No one can live without math.
Math is not just numbers calculation; the logic in math developed the critic thinking skill. We have been trained to have the math logic in our math class. We learned how to solve problems step by step, how the connections between two steps, how is the connection work from the logic side. Math have train our brain, to think logically. literacy--music
Music has become one of the most popular amusement ways for people to relax themselves, and music also can give people a different mode for their daily life is Music is almost everywhere in our society.
When I first get into music is when I was 6 years old. I learned 1 year piano at that time. Since that, I grow up with piano, with the music dole and the melody. When I play piano, I feel the connection between music and me, I feel myself flow with the music. Music can give me different mode; she gives me confidence, feel good and relaxation. I tread music as my literacy because it has its own langrage. Different langrage have exist every region in the world; however, the langrage of music is the same all over the world. It is a depend language; musicians communicate with each other use that certain langrage. It has its own way of talking and writing. For me, piano is the instrument to make the most beautiful music; each bond on the piano is a single word, musicians is like a writer, which compose the different bond into a melody. Different melody is just like a different story. It evolves emotion for their listeners and gives them the feeling of beautiful.

Education is an important literacy people should have. From my aspect, one of the most important educations that people have during their life is child education.

Analyze TV show Prison Break
As one of the most popular show in current years, what made this four season TV standout? This is a show consist with different element. Creative, consternation, unexpected and intelligence are the best words to describe prison break.
Like the title, prison break. How are they got out of the prison? That becomes the first question. This whole story is very complicate and also has an unexpected ending and problems need be solve by the main character. Those problems lead the audience to think and put themselves into this show. The different seasons also have a deep connection between each other. The whole story grapes the curiosity and lead them get into more depth of this show. Furthermore, this show also use heroic on the main character, the main character is smart, intelligence and good looking face. When most people think about prison would think about cold bold people, guilty prisoner and strict guards. However, the main character is opposite from people usually think. The only reason he is in the prison because of his brother, who is an innocent but all the evidence indicate his brother is guilty. From that part, it shows the main character cares about his family, not a cold blood person as people usually think. Also, he put his brother in front of himself. The only reason he goes to prison is to save his brother. People always reminds of unliterature people, however the main character is graduate from college and an outstanding architecture engineer. That made the audience admire him of his genius idea, capacitate, brave and preparation of everything Instead of have a negative impression of the main character.
Young adults, people who love adventure, people who like to think or like problem solving are the main audience for this show. People feel nervous while they watching this show, this made them satisfied the adventure mind. Also, this show made it real from our daily life, which made us feel close; even it is not real. Not only for the people who love adventure. The good looking characters helped this show brings more female fans around the world.

This show not only shows the intelligence, but also shows love between friends, between parents, husband and wives, which gives the show more humanity and more sweet.

The Guest House

This being human is a guest house.
Every morning a new arrival.
A joy, a depression, a meanness,
some momentary awareness comes
as an unexpected visitor.
Welcome and entertain them all!
Even if they're a crowd of sorrows,
who violently sweep your house
empty of its furniture,
still, treat each guest honorably.
He may be clearing you out
for some new delight.
The dark thought, the shame, the malice,
meet them at the door laughing,
and invite them in.
Be grateful for whoever comes,

as a guide from beyond.
This is a poetry which made people feel happy and relax; it gives people encouragement and also spire for readers to face the difficulties in their life. Author used anthropopathy way to describe the different feeling as guest in a guest room which made her poem more effective, livable and understandable.
Everyone in the society would have different depression and meanness in their life, As long as nobody can get away from some certain bad luck or awful day, instead of running away. Author tries to convince people to face and welcome them in your life. We should treat that bad thing happen in our life as a guest, a guest who can help us and teach us. We should not let the bad emotions, unlucky things and depression feelings bring us down. Like the author said “meet them at the door laughing and invited them in”, those bad things are also part of journal of every human being.
